Mandala is Sanskrit for ‘circle’. In Hindu tradition the word came to be used for any geometric arrangement of symbols. In Hindu practice, these are often used for focusing spiritual attention, including for meditation. I like creating them, and enjoy looking at them. You can use them for meditation. Or just treat them as a bit of visual fun 😊.
